Chris Brown Takes Over The BET Awards

Originally BET stands for Black Entertainment Television but last night, June 26th, 2011 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, it’s obvious Chris Brown stole the show and turned it into Breezy Entertainment Television. Chris performed hit singles like “She Ain’t You, Look At Me Now, and Paper Scissor Rock from his album F.A.M.E. He won a total of five awards: Best Male R&B Artist, Best Collaboration for ‘Look At Me Now’ featuring Busta Rhymes and Lil Wayne, Video of the Year for ‘Look At Me Now’ produced by director Collin Tilley, Viewer’s Choice Award and Fandemonium Award that were voted by the fans which proves his fan-base, Team Breezy is a force to reckon with. Team Breezy won 10 out of the 10 Fandemonium challenges and already won the contest last year which makes them undefeated defending champions. The OMG moment of the night was when a Nicki Minaj fan misread the winner for the Viewer’s Choice Award. Her tablet said Chris Brown and the teleprompter said Rihanna, Stephen Hill of BET takes the full blame for the mishap since he was working the teleprompter. All drama aside, I’m proud of Chris Brown and people need to stop trying to bring up the past because Chris obviously has moved on, just look at everything he has accomplished in this year alone.
